Courtney Jacobs
My name is Courtney Jacobs. I’m a multi-medium traditional artist from Houston, Texas.
I’m a junior in biology at Prairie View A&M University. I have had a passion for art for over ten years now but just last year was the start of my art business, The Artistry of Courtney. I’m heavily inspired by the styles of Van Gogh and Salvador Deli. In my most current state, I am a painter creating my own style, but I also do pencil & pen work. My belief is that art is everywhere and in everything.
My goal is to create visions within my art that will touch the souls of others. It’s amazing to see the connections that people you don’t know have to a piece you’ve made; that’s why I’m thankful every time I am given a chance to make art.
