“On The Grind”, is a brand that was created to motivate individuals to go for their dreams. “We are creating a lifestyle through the brand and more importantly hope to open doors to take people onto the next chapters of their lives. We aim to continue striving for greatness and continue to influence others as a clothing brand/event production, while still empowering our community.”

My name is Montaser Aidah “DJ Victory”, and I started on the grind in 2016 to inspire people to really go for their dreams and never settle for less. Life is a daily hustle, and you have to keep grinding no matter what. Growing up, I never held a job for more than three months because the work I produced for any company was way above what I was getting paid. I was outperforming top reps but was never given an opportunity because of my young age and race. I knew I could be successful on my own and help put other people in a better position too. Eventually, over the years, I learned the ins and outs of the music and clothing business and quit my job last year to go all in.

We currently do major Hip Hop /RnB concerts in Colorado and have a clothing brand in several stores. Our clothing brand last year sold over 600 pieces. As of now, we have just released our new victory clothing edition, and it defines myself, the brand, and is a tribute to the great and late Nipsey Hussle.

On The Grind has collaborated with artists such as Da Baby, Kevin Gates, Burna Boy, Young Thug, Pnb Rock, YG, Blueface, Polo G, G Herbo, Lil Bibby, Kehlani, G Eazy, 2 Chainz, Jacquees and Dave East.
